libqb-dev software package provides high performance client server features library (devel files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqb-dev
libqb-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqb-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqb-dev *
You will get with libqb-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
